Return and Refund Policy

At Isosceles Glow™, we are committed to providing high-quality hair care products and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we accept returns only on items that are:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• Returned within our eligible return period
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method through PayPal, our trusted third-party payment provider.Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

We understand that hair care products may perform differently based on individual hair types, textures, routines, and expectations. For this reason, Isosceles Glow™ does not issue refunds solely because you did not like the product or because it did not meet your personal preferences or expectations.Refunds or replacements are considered only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, Isosceles Glow™ will provide instructions regarding the return and any applicable shipping costs. 

When returning an eligible product, we ask that it be returned in its original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging was damaged during shipping or delivery, please let us know when you contact us about your return. Providing the original packaging helps us process your return or replacement more efficiently.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used hair care products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items, unless required by law

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please send contact us as soon as possible with your cancellation request. Once an order has not yet been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Return & Refund Policy.  We expedite your request and do our best to accommodate your cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
